BB Cyprus / Bits&Bobs Cyprus is currently the service and brand responsible for deciding how enquiry data is used. Formal legal-entity, registration, postal and VAT details will be added when the operating structure is finalised.

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp details, language preference, property or project information, written descriptions, photos, videos, file metadata and communications with us.

Please avoid sending information that is not relevant to the job, particularly sensitive personal information or identifiable images of other people unless necessary.

We use enquiry information to review the requested work, contact you, arrange assessment, prepare or coordinate quotations, manage the enquiry, plan delivery, maintain project records, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Where a project proceeds, information may also be used to administer the resulting customer relationship and resolve operational or billing issues.

Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as operating, securing and improving the service. Where consent is required by law, including for certain non-essential cookies or marketing activity, we will rely on consent.

We may share relevant enquiry information with contractors, technical partners, suppliers or professional advisers where necessary to assess or deliver the requested work. We aim to share only what is reasonably needed for that purpose.

Service providers that host or support the website, file storage and communications may also process information on our behalf. Customer-uploaded media and lead records are currently hosted using Vercel infrastructure.

Some technology providers may process data outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should apply under data-protection law. We will update this notice as our provider list and operating structure mature.

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including follow-up, project administration, legal, accounting, warranty or dispute needs. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries should be reviewed and deleted or minimised when they are no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect submitted information. Customer-uploaded project media is intended to be stored privately rather than published as public website content. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Submitting a building-services enquiry does not automatically enrol you in unrelated marketing. If we later introduce newsletters or promotional campaigns, we will provide appropriate choices and opt-out controls.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party platform, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. BB Cyprus does not control those independent processing activities.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, legal entity, contractor relationships and technology stack develop. The date at the top shows the latest published version.

Privacy requests can be raised through the contact options on bbcyprus.com. A dedicated privacy email and formal controller address will be added when the operating entity is finalised.
